The Most Popular Listings of May

The Four Percent

The most viewed listings on The New York Times’s Find a Home site in May included large apartments in Manhattan, a relatively inexpensive home in Fort Lee, N.J., and a Wilmington Del., home suite that may be perfect for your mother.

The fifth most popular listing of May (down from fourth in April) was this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a large, inviting living room and small kitchen. The buyer will become a landlord to the rent-stabilized tenant in residence.
