Makara Sankranthi 2021: Here is how Comedy Khiladigalu judge Rakshitha Prem celebrated Makara Sankranthi

Makara Sankranthi is known as the festival of harvest. Comedy Khiladigalu judge Rakshitha Prem celebrated the festival with great enthusiasm at her house. The actress celebrated the festival of harvest at her husband’s native place. They have a farmhouse there.

To give a glimpse of her celebrations, Rakshitha took to her social media handle and shared pictures where she is seen performing various rituals on the farm along with her husband. Donned in her traditional best outfit, the actress is seen performing the Puja to their calves and posing along with them.

In another video shared by the actress, she has also shown the traditional ‘Kichchu Haisodu’ ritual which is followed in the villages across the state.

Rakshitha not only shared the pictures and videos on her Instagram handle but also wrote a small note which reads, “Namma Sankranthi habba ….. this was the most fun I have had in ages ….. hope u guys have had a super day too …. happy happy Sankranthi to everyone” (sic)

The pictures and the videos shared by the actress has gone viral within a short span of time on all the fan pages on Instagram.

On the work front, currently after a long gap of eight months gap due to the lockdown imposed by the government, actress Rakshitha returned to the sets of the reality show ‘Comedy Khiladigalu championship’. She is currently having a successful stint on TV.

Rakshitha is also judging a dance reality show ‘Dance Karnataka dance’. Speaking about the latest season of the dance reality show, the actress had earlier mentioned, “his is completely a different level (sic)”
